About Us
We consciously source our 100% raw and wild crafted Shea butter from a women's cooperative in Ghana, Africa. Before their involvement with this project, many women struggled to get by and often had to resort to backbreaking labor in order to supplement their income from growing subsistence crops like millet and groundnuts.
Now, for the first time in many of these women's lives, they are able to adequately feed and send their children to school and have more control over their own futures and financial success.
The actual Shea trees grow wild in Ghana's Mole National Park region and are viewed as a community resource that cannot be owned nor destroyed. The trees help to prevent desertification in this valuable ecosystem and produce an exceptionally vitamin and antioxidant rich Shea butter that facilitates superior skin harmony, health and healing.
We are committed to providing you with the highest quality Shea butter skincare available while facilitating prosperity and abundance in the community we source from. By purchasing this remarkable Shea butter, you actively support the sustainable and fair-trade economic stability and strength of hundreds of Ghanians: the women employed at the cooperative, and their families.
